CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made without 48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the full deposit. You may reschedule ONE time within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. Same day cancellations will require full payment of service to re-book. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from any prepayments & is non refundable for cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment.
