CANCELLATION POLICY
* 48+ hours’ notice: You can cancel/reschedule without an additional cancellation penalty. Any existing deposit can be transferred once, if that’s what you want. * Less than 48 hours: The appointment deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book another appointment. * Same-day cancellation or no-show: Because that appointment time is extremely difficult to refill, the client must prepay their next appointment in full in order to rebook. After they successfully attend that prepaid appointment, they return to your normal deposit-based booking policy for future appointments.
